Billets are getting cheaper in China

 

 

Iran Steel News Base – The last billet price in China’s domestic market dropped by $4 and was recorded at $461 per ton with value added tax. The drop in the price of rebar in the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the decrease in the price of steel products had a negative effect on the billet price.
According to Iran Steel, the rebar contract for January delivery has become cheaper by 5 dollars and is registered at 488 dollars per ton in the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
